Welcome to SFASA's 13th Annual Adult Autism Conference

We are excited to welcome you to our 13th Annual Adult Autism Conference! While we are still finalizing our outstanding lineup of keynote and breakout speakers, we are already engaging in exciting conversations with experts, professionals, self-advocates, and community leaders who will help make this year's conference one of our best yet.

For thirteen years, SFASA has been committed to bringing families, professionals, and community members the latest information, practical resources, and meaningful connections that make a real difference in everyday life.

This Year's Theme

Building Connections: Bringing Together Families and Professionals

This theme reflects SFASA's mission and the work we do every day to support more than 10,000 families throughout the Bay Area. By fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and strengthening relationships, we can build more inclusive and supportive communities for autistic individuals across the lifespan.

What to Expect

Our keynote presentations will inspire, inform, and remind us that meaningful, fulfilling lives are built through connection, resilience, and community. Throughout the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of breakout sessions led by knowledgeable speakers and panelists.

• Day programs and community supports

• Regional Center and DDS updates

• Research and clinical programs from Stanford and UCSF

We are returning to our much-loved venue, the Crowne Plaza Foster City. Your in-person conference registration includes breakfast for early arrivals, a full lunch, access to all conference sessions, networking opportunities, our vendor and resource fair, and our popular Friday evening kickoff mixer.

New for 2026: Virtual Attendance

For the first time ever, we are offering a full virtual conference experience.

Virtual attendees will be able to:

• Watch our keynote presentations live

• Select and attend breakout sessions

• Access conference materials

• Connect with more than 40 vendors and community organizations through virtual resources and contact opportunities

No matter where you are, you'll be able to participate in the conference and benefit from the same high-quality content as our in-person attendees.

Registration and Scholarships

Like many organizations, we have experienced increases in venue, catering, and audiovisual costs this year. However, we remain committed to keeping the conference accessible and continue to offer both partial and full scholarship opportunities for those who need financial assistance.

We encourage you to register early to take advantage of our discounted Early Bird pricing. Early Bird registration for both in-person and virtual attendees ends on July 12.
