We're going to get outside, bond, learn about the environment, and learn positive ways to handle our emotions and reactions. Whether you are interested in being a participant or a leader, this event is open to all abilities.
All hikes in the Kimball series will be easy, and the terrain will be as even as possible. Dress comfortably. This is not a drop off event.
We will have snacks and beverages, but you are encouraed to bring plenty of water.

Come join hike leader Greg Nemitz for some outdoor fun – first trivia and snacks and then an amazing hike! It does cost $5.00 for parking. We are going to learn about Fire Prevention in the Great Outdoors and our emotion to learn about is “Calmness”. We will work on understanding how to be and remain “calm” as well as how to recognize when someone else is calm.
Remember, there are prizes available! After our chat and snacks, we will then head out and explore the Roberts Regional Recreation Area.
